How much power will a Stage 1 remap add to an Audi S1?
It depends which engine you have. Across the 1 Audi S1 engines we tune, the S1 2.0 TFSI sees the biggest Stage 1 gain: 231bhp to 300bhp and 370Nm to 440Nm, up 69bhp. Every figure on this page is for that exact engine.
How much does it cost to remap an Audi S1?

Does my Audi S1 need its ECU unlocking?
Quite possibly. Most Audis built from around June 2020 have a factory-locked ECU, and the 4.0 V8 TFSI cars (SQ7, SQ8, RS6, RS7, RSQ8, S8 and the V8 A8, Q7 and Q8) are locked well before that date too. We unlock them here on our own bench the same day, or send the ECU away for a lower price; the 4.0 V8 ECUs can only go the send-away route. What does Stage 2 need on an Audi S1?
A decat or sports cat downpipe and an uprated intercooler. Stage 2 is not something we can map safely on a standard car, so without the hardware we would fit Stage 1 and you can step up once it is fitted.
Will remapping my Audi S1 affect my warranty or insurance?
A remap is an aftermarket modification, so it is your responsibility to declare it to your insurer. It may also affect any remaining manufacturer warranty. Our maps are fully reversible: the car can be put back to its factory software whenever you need.
How long does it take, and is it reversible?
Most Stage 1 tunes take around two hours, and if the ECU needs unlocking we do that on our own bench during the same visit, with no extra time. It is completely reversible: the car can go back to its factory software whenever you need.
