What does Stage 1 tuning do for an Audi RS6?
Every Audi RS6 engine is different, which is why they are listed separately above. At the top end the RS6 4.0 TFSi picks up 120bhp, going 560bhp to 680bhp with torque up to 900Nm.
How much is Stage 1 tuning on an Audi RS6?
An Audi RS6 Stage 1 is from £999 inc VAT; gearbox software is £325 on its own, or £125 less when booked with the engine tune. Finance is 0% over 6 months, or 3 payments with Klarna.
Is the ECU locked on an Audi RS6?
On plenty of them, yes. The later cars are locked from the factory, and the 4.0 V8 models are locked whatever the year. All of it is done in-house. Rather than guess from the registration date, send it over and we will confirm what your car needs.

A decat or sports cat downpipe and an uprated intercooler. Stage 2 is not something we can map safely on a standard car, so without the hardware we would fit Stage 1 and you can step up once it is fitted.
What happens to my warranty and insurance if I tune my Audi RS6?
You will need to tell your insurer, as with any modification, and it can affect a remaining manufacturer warranty. Because we save your original software first, the Audi RS6 can be put back to standard at any point.
Can the remap be reversed, and how long does it take?
Allow roughly two hours for Stage 1, or a half-day if the ECU needs unlocking first. Everything is reversible: we store your original software so the Audi RS6 can go back to stock on request.
