About This Tune

Single-Turbo V6. Properly Unlocked.

The B9 Audi S5 runs the 3.0 TFSI V6 with its single turbo sitting in the vee, rated at 354PS and 500Nm from the factory. It is quick and refined out of the box, but Audi leaves plenty in reserve, and the way the standard torque fades after 2,100rpm is the part owners notice most.

The customer S5 on this page made 354.4bhp and 541Nm on its baseline run. After our Stage 1 custom calibration, with the gearbox (TCU) calibrated alongside it, it made 421.9bhp and 623Nm: 67.5bhp and 82Nm more at the peaks, and far more where you actually drive.

Every calibration is written live on our 4WD linked rolling road. Diagnostics and a health check come first, then baseline runs, then the map is developed with live data logging and repeated runs before the final verification pulls. No generic files, and your original software is backed up so the car can go back to standard at any time.

Gearbox Tuning

Tiptronic TCU Calibration.

The B9 S5 uses an 8-speed tiptronic automatic. It is strong and smooth, but its standard software is set up around the standard engine.

The TCU calibration lets the gearbox handle the extra torque properly, with sharper, quicker shifts, so the car feels like one package rather than a tuned engine with a stock gearbox.

Is the remap reversible?

Completely. Your original factory software is saved before we start, so your Audi S5 can be returned to stock at any time.

Will tuning improve my Audi S5's fuel economy?
