What does Stage 1 tuning do for an Audi A2?
Gains vary by engine. The strongest on the Audi A2 is the 1.2 TDI, which goes from 60bhp and 140Nm to 88bhp and 170Nm, a gain of 28bhp. Find your engine in the table above for its own numbers.
What does an Audi A2 remap cost?

Will my Audi A2 need unlocking before it can be tuned?
It depends on the engine as much as the year. Audis from roughly mid-2020 are locked, and so is the 4.0 V8 TFSI regardless of age. Does a remap invalidate the warranty or insurance on an Audi A2?
You will need to tell your insurer, as with any modification, and it can affect a remaining manufacturer warranty. Every map is reversible, so the Audi A2 can be put back to its factory software at any point.
How long will my Audi A2 be with you, and can it be undone?
Allow roughly two hours for Stage 1, including any ECU unlock on our own bench. Everything is reversible: the Audi A2 can go back to its factory software on request.
