Our Story
DC Remapping UK was founded in 2012 by owner Daniel — a lifelong car enthusiast who turned a genuine obsession with getting the most from an engine into one of the North West's most trusted tuning workshops. Fourteen years and well over 10,000 vehicles later, drivers travel from right across the UK — and regularly from as far afield as Scotland, London and Ireland — to our Warrington unit.
We specialise in BMW and the VAG group — Audi, VW, SEAT, Škoda and Cupra — so we know these engines inside out. Every map is written from scratch for your exact vehicle and proven on our in-house 4WD linked V-Tech dyno, with the engine kept safely within its limits and your original file always saved.
No generic, off-the-shelf files and no guesswork — just precise, measured tuning done properly, whether that's more power and sharper response, a gearbox calibration, or a fix for a stubborn diesel emissions fault.

Our own V-Tech VT-4 4WD rolling road develops and validates every map on real, measured runs — loading all four wheels so xDrive, Quattro and 4Matic cars are tuned accurately and safely, never on guesswork.
Autotuner, KESS and CMD bench & boot tools let us read and write even locked and latest-generation ECUs cleanly and safely — the correct method for your exact car, not a one-size-fits-all plug-in.
We're fully EVC / WinOLS licensed, and every file is hand-written in WinOLS for your specific engine and any supporting modifications — genuine custom calibration, never a generic off-the-shelf map.
Up-to-date diagnostic and data-logging equipment reads every module, pinpoints the real cause of any fault, and confirms the result — so you leave with a healthy car and a before-and-after dyno printout.

Visiting Us
Most tuning is done while you wait — a Stage 1 typically takes 2–4 hours — and you're very welcome to stay on site. We've a warm, comfortable waiting area so you can put your feet up while we get on with the job.
Every tune comes with a full before-and-after dyno printout, so you'll see exactly what your car gained. Plenty of our customers make a real journey of it — we regularly tune cars for drivers travelling from Scotland, London and Ireland. Prefer to drop the car off? We're a short hop from Birchwood shopping centre, the train station, gyms and plenty of spots to grab a coffee.
