2Our Messenger assistant

Our Facebook Messenger assistant is an automated tool that helps us gather your enquiry details and respond quickly. Using it does not create a contract between us. Any prices, figures or timescales it may mention are indicative only, your final quote and any agreement will be confirmed by a member of our team.

3Quotes and services

• Quotes are estimates and are not binding until confirmed by our team.
• We do not guarantee specific power (BHP), torque or performance figures; results vary by vehicle, its condition and specification.
• Bookings are subject to availability.

4Your responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• providing accurate information about yourself and your vehicle;
• ensuring your vehicle is in a roadworthy and serviceable condition before any work is carried out;
• understanding that modifying your vehicle’s ECU may affect your manufacturer warranty, your insurance, and the vehicle’s road-legal status. You must declare any modifications to your insurer, and it is your responsibility to ensure a modified vehicle is used lawfully.

5Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, we are not liable for problems arising from inaccurate information you provide, from pre-existing faults or defects in your vehicle, or from use of the vehicle in a way that is unlawful or that breaches your insurance or warranty.

6Intellectual property

All materials we provide (including maps, files and tuning data) remain our property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

8Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always appear on this page.
