How much power will a Stage 1 remap add to a BMW Z3?
It depends which engine you have. Across the 7 BMW Z3 engines we tune, the 20 sees the biggest Stage 1 gain: 150bhp to 165bhp and 190Nm to 210Nm, up 15bhp. Every figure on this page is for that exact engine.
How much does it cost to remap a BMW Z3?

Does my BMW Z3 need its ECU unlocking?

Will remapping my BMW Z3 affect my warranty or insurance?
A remap is an aftermarket modification, so it is your responsibility to declare it to your insurer. It may also affect any remaining manufacturer warranty. Our maps are fully reversible: the car can be put back to its factory software whenever you need.
How long does it take, and is it reversible?
Most Stage 1 tunes take around two hours. If the ECU needs unlocking we do that here on our own bench during the same visit, so it does not make the appointment any longer. It is completely reversible: the car can go back to its factory software whenever you need.
