What gains can I expect from Stage 1 on a BMW X3 M?
It depends which engine you have. Across the 3 BMW X3 M engines we tune, the X3 M sees the biggest Stage 1 gain: 480bhp to 600bhp and 600Nm to 800Nm, up 120bhp. Every figure on this page is for that exact engine.

You will need to tell your insurer, as with any modification, and it can affect a remaining manufacturer warranty. Because we save your original software first, the BMW X3 M can be put back to standard at any point.
How long does it take, and is it reversible?
Allow roughly two hours for Stage 1. A locked ECU is unlocked in-house on the same visit without a longer appointment. Everything is reversible: we store your original software so the BMW X3 M can go back to stock on request.
