How much bhp does a BMW M8 gain from a remap?
Gains vary by engine. The strongest on the BMW M8 is the F92 M8, which goes from 600bhp and 750Nm to 680bhp and 850Nm, a gain of 80bhp. Find your engine in the table above for its own numbers.
What does a BMW M8 remap cost?
Prices start at £999 inc VAT for Stage 1 on a BMW M8. Each engine in the table shows its own price, and adding gearbox tuning at the same time saves £125. 0% finance over 6 months and Klarna are both available.
Will my BMW M8 need unlocking before it can be tuned?
BMW models built from roughly mid-2020 have an encrypted ECU that must be unlocked first. It is done here rather than sent away. Check your registration to see whether your particular car needs it.

A decat or sports cat downpipe and an uprated intercooler. Stage 2 is not something we can map safely on a standard car, so without the hardware we would fit Stage 1 and you can step up once it is fitted.
Does a remap invalidate the warranty or insurance on a BMW M8?
A remap is an aftermarket modification, so it is your responsibility to declare it to your insurer. It may also affect any remaining manufacturer warranty. Our maps are fully reversible and we keep your original file, so the car can be returned to stock whenever you need.
How long will my BMW M8 be with you, and can it be undone?
Most Stage 1 tunes take around two hours. If the ECU needs unlocking we do that here on our own bench during the same visit, so it does not make the appointment any longer. It is completely reversible, and your factory file is saved before we touch anything.
