What does Stage 1 tuning do for an Alpina B5?
It depends which engine you have. Across the 4 Alpina B5 engines we tune, the 4.4 V8 Bi-Turbo sees the biggest Stage 1 gain: 507bhp to 600bhp and 700Nm to 800Nm, up 93bhp. Every figure on this page is for that exact engine.
How much does it cost to remap an Alpina B5?

Will remapping my Alpina B5 affect my warranty or insurance?
You will need to tell your insurer, as with any modification, and it can affect a remaining manufacturer warranty. Every map is reversible, so the Alpina B5 can be put back to its factory software at any point.

Allow roughly two hours for Stage 1. A locked ECU is unlocked in-house on the same visit without a longer appointment. Everything is reversible: the Alpina B5 can go back to its factory software on request.
