This BMW 330d M Sport (G20) came in for our Stage 1 custom dyno tune for the B57 3.0 diesel, with an xHP Stage 3 calibration for its ZF 8-speed gearbox, both developed on the same visit.

On the baseline run it made 265.6bhp and 598Nm. With our calibration and xHP Stage 3 it made 332.0bhp and 734Nm, with 297bhp at the wheels. That is 67bhp and 136Nm more:
| Measurement | Stock | DC Stage 1 + xHP ST3 |
|---|---|---|
| Engine power | 265.6 hp @ 3,844rpm | 332.0 hp @ 4,003rpm |
| Engine torque | 598 Nm @ 1,950rpm | 734 Nm @ 2,321rpm |
| Wheel power | 228.4 hp @ 3,564rpm | 297.2 hp @ 3,911rpm |

The gain is not just at the peak. Tuned, this 330d holds over 700Nm from around 1,950 to 2,900rpm, carries more than 100Nm extra from 1,950 to 4,300rpm, with up to 140Nm more in the mid-range, and stays above 300bhp from 3,050 to 4,450rpm. For reference, BMW’s M340d makes 700Nm from the factory. xHP Stage 3 lets the 8-speed handle the extra torque properly, with quicker, sharper shifts.

Diagnostics and a health check first, then baseline runs on our 4WD linked dyno with live data logging. The engine calibration was built from there with repeated runs, the gearbox was flashed with xHP Stage 3, and the final pulls verified the result. No generic files: a calibration written for this car, proven on our dyno.
