Not a generic file bought in and flashed over the port. Your Ford Transit is strapped to our in-house 4WD dyno and the map is written for your car, on the day, from its own data.

Health check firstWe look the car over and read the fault memory before we touch anything. If something is wrong, you get told. We don't map over a problem.
Live data loggingBoost, rail pressure, injection timing, fuelling and exhaust temperatures all watched in real time while the car is running under load.
Custom calibration on the dynoThe map is built and adjusted run by run against what your engine is actually doing, not what a file supplier assumed.

Ford Transit remapping questions

What does Stage 1 tuning do for a Ford Transit?

Every Ford Transit engine is different, which is why they are listed separately above. At the top end the 2.2 TDCi picks up 80bhp, going 100bhp to 180bhp with torque up to 420Nm.

What happens to my warranty and insurance if I tune my Ford Transit?

You will need to tell your insurer, as with any modification, and it can affect a remaining manufacturer warranty. Because we save your original software first, the Ford Transit can be put back to standard at any point.

Can the remap be reversed, and how long does it take?

Allow roughly two hours for Stage 1, or a half-day if the ECU needs unlocking first. Everything is reversible: we store your original software so the Ford Transit can go back to stock on request.
