Another N57-powered BMW dialled in properly. This BMW 335d F30 came to us for the full engine and gearbox package — our Stage 1 custom dyno calibration paired with xHP Stage 3 gearbox software — and left transformed.

It arrived producing 300bhp and 600Nm on our baseline run. After the Stage 1 calibration and xHP Stage 3, it left making 387bhp and 779Nm — measured, not estimated:

This is exactly what the N57 platform is known for: relentless mid-range torque, sharper throttle response and effortless acceleration through the gears — all while keeping smooth, OEM-level refinement. Nothing about the car feels stressed; it just pulls, everywhere, in any gear.
The extra 179Nm is only half the story. With xHP Stage 3 on the ZF8 automatic, the gearbox becomes significantly sharper and more decisive — quicker shift speeds, optimised torque management and smarter gear logic under load. That lets the drivetrain actually use the increased output, safely and efficiently, rather than the factory software smothering it.

All work was carried out live on our V-Tech 4WD linked dyno, with a full health check before any tuning and detailed data logging throughout. The calibration was written for this exact car — its ECU variant, its fuel, its condition. No generic files. No shortcuts. Just precision N57 tuning done properly, with the original software backed up so it's fully reversible.
