Another modern BMW petrol optimised properly. This BMW 320i G20 — running the B48 2.0 turbo petrol — came in for our Stage 1 custom dyno calibration and left completely transformed, every bit of it developed live on our 4WD linked V-Tech dyno.

It arrived producing 172bhp and 298Nm on our baseline run. After a bespoke calibration written for this exact car, it left making 277bhp and 417Nm — measured on the rollers, not estimated:

The B48 platform responds exceptionally well when calibrated correctly. That headroom lets us safely unlock a substantial increase in performance while maintaining smooth power delivery and everyday reliability — provided the map is written properly for the specific car, not flashed from a generic file.
All work was carried out live on our V-Tech 4WD linked dyno, with a full health check before any tuning and detailed data logging throughout to ensure safe, consistent and repeatable results.
