DC Remapping UK — Data Deletion Instructions

DC Remapping Ltd (trading as DC Remapping UK) collects limited personal information when you contact us through our Facebook page and our Messenger assistant — for example your name, email address, vehicle registration, vehicle details, and the content of your messages.

How to request deletion of your data

1. Email sales@dcremappinguk.com with the subject line "Data deletion request".

2. Tell us the Facebook name you messaged us from (and, if you have it, the email address or vehicle registration you gave) so we can find your enquiry.

3. We will delete the information we hold about you and confirm by email, normally within 30 days.

You can also remove our assistant's access to your information at any time from your Facebook account: Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations (or "Apps and websites"), then remove DC Remapping.
