DC Remapping UK recently had the pleasure of custom tuning a Ford Transit Euro 6 2.0L 130hp van. The results were impressive, as we were able to take the van from 130bhp and 422nm of torque to an impressive 209bhp and 521nm of torque.
Our team of experts began by performing a thorough health check on the van to ensure that it was running at 100% before the tuning process began. We then used our state-of-the-art 4 wheel drive linked V-Tech dyno to measure the van's current horsepower and torque output. From there, we made adjustments to the engine calibration, air/fuel ratio, and other parameters to optimize performance.
